Diane is an experienced banker, having spent a successful professional career in the Financial Industry in capacities of Management, Operations, Commercial and Consumer Lending as well as Community Outreach and Business Development for over 28-years. Her education and background includes a Degree in Applied Organizational Management in addition to extensive specialized education. Also, Diane has the distinction of having been an elected official in various facets of local government for over 16 years; having served on a local school board, an Alderman for the City of Lockport, and served the citizens of Will County as a Board Member and its Democratic Caucus Chairman for 6 years.

Over the years, and all too often, many businesses that Diane encountered had wonderfully talented owners, who either produced a product, or provided a much needed service, but lacked the understanding to make their companies truly successful financially.
